  Absolute JOKE! This male hairdresser is not capable of cutting children’s hair.
  
  He butchered our baby’s hair and when I confronted him about it he got so defensive and blamed the baby was moving all the time! The entire top of our baby’s head was so uneven with bald patches he couldn’t fix it with his clipper!!
  I had to shave it all off myself as soon as we got home.
  
  If he didn’t know how to cut children/babies hair then he shouldnt have taken us in. Completely ruined our family photoshoot and our boy’s first birthday party in few weeks
  
  Take your money and children elsewhere.

  How can they justify $39 per child for a cut in the weekend?! Honestly, price is a joke. I literally laughed and walked out saying I'd rather cut their hair myself. Two kids is just shy of $80 for a budget cut. Unbelievable. Won't go back... ever!!
  
  EDIT: Last year I paid $26 per child here in the weekend. You can't say that $13 is a reasonable increase per child.

  My second time at this place.
  The 1st one was welcoming the lady who cut my hair had the patience and was also acommodating.
  The second cannot be compared to my 1st sadly the guy who was cutting my hair was just there to cut and was in a hurry to finish.
  Hair Salon is somewhat a way of having a small conversation to capture that loyalty in the end the customer is looking forward to go back not only to have a hair cut but also to have a small conversation.

  this establishment with 1 person waiting said it would be 40 minute wait, they had about 8 people working, the best part was they wanted 39 dollars to cut a toddlers hair…. actually dead hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah
  
  save your money go somewhere else in the centre you will be so happy you saved half the price…….

  4 weeks since one of the worst experiences I've had at a salon and I'm still upset about it so decided to write this review:
  I had gone in wanting a simple haircut, I don't go often And therefore you'd think establishments would make every visit count/customer feel special. I had sat down in the chair and the male hairdresser made a massive point to tell me that my hair was so oily and that he'd never seen anything like it (it literally was washed 2 days prior and not that bad, just at the roots) he still wouldn't stop after I mentioned it was due to a medical issue I had where he proceeded to try asking me questions about it and try to upsell me products.
  
  What's worse, after a while, he cut his finger, bled on my face and then proceeded to blame ME for this because my hair was "Soooo oily and that I really should have had a wash"
  This pathetic experience cost me $42 to which I paid because I just wanted to get out as I left in tears.
  
  I spoke to someone who called me a week after (after I wrote a second complaint that no one had gotten back to me) and after a long conversation of her trying to get me to come back, the only compensation I was offereed was $5 off my next cut and a complementary 'dry off', indicating they not only wanted me to fork out more money for another mediocre haircut, but also to pay to have it washed beforehand. This whole experience was an absolute JOKE and I would much rather pay more money than this to a small business who cares for their customers without judgement
